Lost in 'SEARCHing'

SEARCHing ?? What... Yeah I am going to pass out from my college... Now what? Earning money is the first priority.. I have wasted my 4 years in studying and gained nothing from my college.. Absolutely nothing except not to harass or throw your frustrations over someone else, because I have been the victim for may people's ugly part or their frustrations..

EDUCATION for me is about to end.. let that go in my mind's trash can. I have no intention to recall all these memories ever.. I am gonna do something to make things better and make others life better even. I really want to contribute to this human race.. Make our native earth a better place to live, love, prosper. Oh common Vikrant stop giving a speech.. Every one in this world have this desire in their heart but no one does it, no one has time for it even. But still I will try to help others, help society and communities.

Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.. come back to the topic for which this post should be. So you were at the word 'SEARCHing', hmmmmmmmm interesting.. Why I wrote this ( obviously there is a reason)
What I am doing right now is filling up forms at job searching websites so that I may get a call from somewhere for an interview.. I have been doing this for say 6 or 7 months.. not all the time but at intervals for  a continuous time.. There are so many websites like letsintern, twenty19, timesjob, naukri.com, monster.com, shine.com, firstnaukri, and the list goes on... I have been to each and every website and filled the entire bio data individually... Ohhhh mother of god, I am tired. I have applied for so many jobs but never received a message even. Nothing has happened ever, are the recruiters even looking at these websites????

I am lost, I am really lost in Searching... I have lost a lot of time in doing this (filling up bios). If I would have worked so many hours on any project in spite of filling up bio data I would have gained a huge experience which I think is the most valuable thing a working person can have, but I can't because I haven't got any opportunity to become a working person in any company.

I want to... still trying hard to not to waste time in doing nothing and focusing on stuffs which may secure my future for a little bit of time (because after some time I will learn how to secure yourself). Though I give a check every night that have I wasted my day today? Or had learnt something new? Or even utilized my time. Most of the day I really get an answer, YES.

Learn from yourself

There is something amazing in every ones life. I had my own. I wished to become something as everyone has a dream, so what's wrong if I have my own??
I wanted to be someone, I wanted to be a person who creates value in the human race, help people and respect all; when I was in class 9 I had heard about Bill Gates. I was popular in my class for my computer skills and they use to call me that I would be a Computer/Software Engineer someday; and today I am at the end of my Engineering degree but what is the value of this Engineering course which I am about to complete ??? It didn't make me any sort of valuable person; there are more than lakhs of Engineer out there in society who had completed this degree and are still jobless. I am not blaming them, the thing which is wrong, which I did figure out in this 4 years of course is that whatever we learn in this course those are merely ever used by us in our life and most importantly this course are immensely theoretical. From a student's point of view, they dreamt of getting a job in last year and put their entire focus on it in spite of thinking to innovate something new, to be creative.

 I am telling the truth, studying in this pattern won't provide you anything!!! Colleges and the Academics don't  really teach you, it's your passion which if you follow will lead you to some path specifically some learning path which you would like to learn without thinking about the examination or the marks...  Even though if that learning is not in your academics but as you are following your passion you are definitely going to learn something very valuable, you will have a unique quality in you which may differentiate you from others but if you suppress your passions and do what others are doing and compete them in these silly academics then in your last year of college life, you may end up saying that it's the end of my education phase and I have come so far but till now I am really not aware what quality do I have in me?

You won't be able to find yourself if you are going to follow paths which are made by others;

Okay now let us stretch our legs and talk comfortably, we know that everyone is saying things are going to be tough and one has to struggle a lot to survive in this planet mentally and financially. We should understand that no matter what ever the past was, from the statistics it can't exactly predict the future. That's why one can guess but cannot imagine what would be our tomorrow?

To get an answer about your own fate, you have to ask yourself. No one knows your life more than you, you know yourself completely. You know how strong you are or how weak you are, you simply have to accept it and change yourself (kind of upgrading yourself). If you feel that you are a bit fearful at certain situation which is really hard for you to face, then don't try to run from your own thoughts or fake yourself, try to accept it and change it that's what the most important step one has to take to live and survive in his/her fate..

Moving Forward

Yeah, last post was on Feb 7th.. Such a long time I haven't populated my blog with any of my views...

I was thriving for getting a JOB and in Feb I do get it on 20th. I was stable and happy that at least I got a job, it really makes you feel calm. Right now there are 2 projects in my hand, one the Health Care one and the other is my own 4th year project.

Me and Anup had been working hard to make this Health Care website very easy and comfortable to use. I hope we may touch up the market very fast and create a real value for our customers in Health related field. The site will be live soon by the mid of this month i.e. April, 2013.

We are also working on our 4th year project which we are planning to complete it by the end of this month.

Glimpse...

This journey is a bit tough, knowing that if you fail then you will personally lose something. Every day we lose our strength, every day we gain it. Things are really a bit different. Watching companies filtering the engineering students as per their needs was like an insult to the education system. Moreover students were blaming that they are not capable of getting a job. Why all of them have this perception?
I don't know, might be basically one should think the same what everyone thought.

I saw the the slamming of creativity from 1000 of students' brains.

Bitter Truth

After 2 months, kind of realization period, I have learned that how we can demise our enthusiasm, suppress our creativity.

My college is still on and campusing is going on, but I am very nervous because I am scared that I won't be able to clear the aptitude exam in any way. Every college has their own campusing at their college, but our college is a group of colleges that means it will not provide campusing only to one college at once but will include all the colleges all together. There are thousands of students coming to sit for the campusing and only 20 to 40 are selected. In my life I won't be able to see an on campusing because that will never happen.

I don't know whom to blame for this, 1000000 rupees was wasted in this college just to take admission so that I may study in a renowned college and learn more than others do. How good was this college I really don't want to say. I had the worst experience of professional college life. Talking about personal life, it's really very calm, I LOVE IT like I don't know like what and how much... I know what I feel.

Okay one of my friends got a job in a company, I am also trying to study the quantitative aptitude and verbal ability so that I may clear the 1st round of any campusing.

GOD please help me, I really need you in my head and heart.

Why Entrepreneurship is the way to go?

This is a question which (if not anyone) my parents continue to ask me till date – why Entrepreneurship and not a secure job? After years of avoiding the ‘dreaded topic’, today I decided to give it a shot and give them a satisfactory answer to their questions about their son’s doubtful future. Here is a transcript of what transpired.
(My Cell Phone rings, I pick it up.)
Me: Hi, how are you doing, Mr. Client?
Mr. Client: Hey, I called to inform you that the payment that is due tomorrow will be sent to you within the next week. I apologize for the delay but there has been a slight issue.
Me: It’s fine, it’s part of business but make sure you pay it up by the next weekend or I am afraid I might not be able to provide uninterrupted services this month.
Mr Client: Sure, I will send it before the next weekend. Take Care. Bye.
(My Dad hears this conversation and is giving me a stare that I recognize and christened as “The Undertaker Stare” for its uncanny resemblance to the original and its ability to make me feel uncomfortable under my skin, although it is mixed with a look of pity)
Me: (Acting Innocent) Well, looks like our shopping plan will have to wait a week.
Mom: (Grumbling) Why do you want to go through this? Get a job, there are a lot of people who would give you a job. At least, you get a paycheck every month on time. I and your dad are tired of seeing you struggle for payments.
Me: Mom, please, not again. It’s a matter of just 3-4 days. I will get other payments too, next week… promise.
Dad: Don’t avoid your mom’s question. Why don’t you join a job?
Me: Dad, one thing is clear to me. No matter what rung of the ladder you are on, jobs are going out of style.  Fast.
Dad: So says the guy who has worked in a job for a month or two.
Me: I understand your concern, but look at it this way. Once upon a time, the world was full of small business people and independent entrepreneurs.  Every town was bound to have a baker, a blacksmith, a preacher, a barber,  a shepherd, a farmer, a weaver, and a shoe maker.  There were all Entrepreneurs not factories or corporations and maybe very few employees. With the Industrial Revolution, the economy centers grew, and more people began to “go to work” for fewer people. Employees and employers were added to dictionaries. Traditional family trades became companies or corporations.
Mom: What is your point?
Me: My point is companies are not built for providing job security. They are built for providing maximum revenue for the investors. America was booming and there was no unemployment until the 2008 meltdown. All the jobs are now transferred to places with cheap labor. You can fire employees but you can’t fire a company or the benefit its investors get.
Dad: You are talking something much unrelated. We are in India son.
Me: Agreed. India is growing; maybe it is the next super power. But I don’t need job security, I need income security. Job security gives me freedom to grow to a certain level, till my economy grows. Income security allows me to outgrow the economy I live in. If India doesn’t work for me, I am in 3 other countries which are sure to give me returns in future. But if I lose a job, I have to find another for the salary.
Mom: (cuts me off for some emotional drama) So what you are saying is that your dad was a fool to work in a job all his life?
Me: Ah! No, that’s not what I meant! For your era, I think it was a very good choice and the fact that dad enjoyed his job is more than enough to justify his choice. But what I mean to say is, as of today, I don’t want to put our faith and trust in the wrong places, counting on an employer or a company to sustain me, when I should have been developing my own value in the market place. We can no longer count on jobs to sustain us, rescue us, or bail us out. Employers are doing their best to keep their own head above water – do not count on them to rescue you when the sea is rough.
Dad: So, being an entrepreneur guarantees you income? I can’t believe you can talk so immaturely. Your business can shut down tomorrow. What will you do then?
Me: (Frustrated and getting second thoughts on why I even tried explaining) I don’t expect that everyone will “get it.” The Indian culture does not yet know how to support the entrepreneurs in our midst.  (Apply for a credit card or a loan with a new business, even a profitable one, and you’ll see what I mean.)
People believe that being a business owner is risky, but I believe that having only ‘one’ source of income – ‘one’ source that can be terminated at any time – is the real risk. As a business owner, I currently have 3 different businesses in 3 different countries. What is the risk they will all shut down at once?
Mom: Okay, but it takes a lot of time and we want you to get settled as soon as possible. There are lots of fluctuations in a business. With a job, you can get settled faster.
Me: I know where you’re going at, but a job is often a fixed set of requirements and rewards, whereas a business is as good as a breathing organism.  A salary may be preset and many times stagnant, but business revenues rise when properly attended to and fostered. A job may be a set of tasks which have been determined, but a business is a white canvas, and the entrepreneur is free to paint his/her imagination, the entrepreneurial freedom that makes him/her get up in the morning because the canvas beckons. Sure, some employees are enthusiastic and motivated by their job, but among entrepreneurs, it’s the rule, to be successful you have to be passionate about what you do.
Mom: So you are not going to change?
Me: Why should I? It is a way of life for me. I get up in the morning looking forward to the day and it gives me satisfaction to know I am making a change in the world.
Dad: (Smiles slyly) You will not change but you will change the world?
Me: (kind of pissed) Yes, a business is built over solving a problem. Businesses don’t just provide economic solutions. We make living providing solutions to all kinds of needs and challenges. Whether the problem is physical pain, a desire for a better travel experience, or how to get a package to Bangalore overnight, entrepreneurs are the alchemists of our time. Henry Ford might be called an inventor/scientist but I prefer to call him an Entrepreneur. You don’t have to necessarily sell to be an entrepreneur. We are literally turning problems into gold.
Mom: At the end of the day, you will continue to refuse joining a Job?
Me: I can’t help it. I am happy being an entrepreneur and I would be glad if you understand my work and appreciate it. Money is a part of my life, but I wouldn’t want to make it the only focus and later regret it my whole life.
Dad: Okay fine, just make sure you know where you are going. (Turns to my mom) what are we having for dinner?
I would like to keep my dad’s expressions on that last statement a secret. A hint maybe is that I am a happier person today. I firmly stick to my belief that entrepreneurs are the best set of people I have met. They come in many shapes, sizes and behavior patterns, but they certainly love what they do and I have immense respect for the fact that their passion for their work is undying and unchanged, come what may.

What we do to ourselves...

We should not feed other mind with our own thoughts and thinking that's why the above survey is being integrated with this post, what this post wants to say is the real fact (which is actually happening)... We need to shake our consciousness and realize what we are doing..

The present system of examination is like checking the capacity of a hard drive means that the amount of learning which a brain can do. If a person can learn more than others, then he will be on top. What about increasing the processor speed? What do we want, the capacity or the efficiency of our mind..?

Now let us discuss that how we are making categories in a class?
In every class we will find one 1st ranker, one 2nd ranker, then 3rd and so on.
Most of the time we only consider first 3 rank holder, okay let us consider first 10 rank holder.
What is the point in discussing this?
The above sentences reveal that we only focus on the 10 best students, but in a school every student is equal. They should not be compared among themselves.
I am saying this because no one look at those left over students, who don't fall in the top 10 list, except they themselves.
We know every mind has some quality in it, what we are doing in our present school system? We are comparing every mind in one way of examining whether that mind is like this kind of examination oriented or not, and then gauging them in different levels of recognition that you are the best, you are good and you, you are the worst.
Hey wake up what is this?
The student who comes last in his/her class, he never wished at the time of his birth that he wants to be the last. Every student were born naked physically and mentally, then why are we creating differences between their minds? Who are we to do so?

We are paying the school authorities to pick our student and place him at a certain level of status where the school wants to, not the student. This makes them, the students, believe that you are this much, not more that this.

Every kid is a dreamer, he or she has a different world at the beginning of his life as he has not seen the real world yet, but what we are doing is injecting the pressure in his mind and defusing his creativity from the early childhood...? Aren't we doing this?



We are not letting him live in his dream world, inspite we slap him and beat him to bring  him back to our real world, where we belong to, as because we, the elders, can't visualize their world, we are not capable of, we have lost the strength of imagination to put ourselves at their places and see the world from their eyes, but what we really do is physically torture our kids to bring him back to our real world where we even don't want to live but pressuring our young angels to forget their magical powers of vision and creativity and live in this ugly subjective world...
Though we say, WHAT's HAPPENING TO OUR YOUNG GEN'.
