Well I was not so much aware that where can my company (http://www.coginnotech.com/) go actually but still kept very few amount of hope from inside that any how will try
hard to hustle to survive and do a small amount of business in this market. We
didn't have any contacts nor any good will in the market but still we are into
this trying our best to work and earn.
Today was one of the unexpected days of my life. Some days when we
learn something which is really valuable to us then we basically recall all
those moments at night so that we can refresh our memory and don't forget those easily.
Previously the warm love was basically very important to me but
now the most important thing is my passion. I have a desire to live the
way I want to i.e. to reach the destination (where everyone will reach one day i.e.
death) by taking those paths which I want to travel. I don't want to live like
simply floating on the boat of life, I want to live like crossing the river as
a journey which I have to cross by swimming across it, facing all the waves and
tearing all the storms, want to have an experience which I cannot even imagine.
I don't know that whether that experience will be the bitter one or sweeter one, it’s
just our mind set, our view point and nothing else.
+Anup is trying hard to make things possible in the company. Stretching the legs to reach out to at least one single customer.
It is his capabilities that today we actually got one customer :) well I am not
considering how much big or small the project is, but actually I am destined
and passionate to provide a service which will not just be liked by our
customer but he should love our work. We have found the element which is the
key success of any company, that is at the very end the customer's satisfaction is the
ultimate goal.
If we can only satisfy their needs and requirements through our
services then obviously they are going to pay us happily, which
actually happened today. This is what the lesson which I have learned, that its to get the opportunity of any project or sale it is not the brand name actually (yes it may matter at the first step) but latter on
it is the behavior of an organization towards their customer.
Moreover I am not only trying to provide services to our
customers but in fact in our heart it is, we want to add value to their
business that means we have a mindset that whom so ever we are going to provide
service to, we will support them and help them to make more profits from our
services (basically they will be applications most of the time). Help them to expand and organize their business proficiently.
Seriously living life and feeling it too. Thank you to him who
really deserves it :)
